Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to The Ease Path Charity Foundation, a Nigerian Incorporated Trustee (CAC No. IT/8096545). Donations are non-refundable except in cases of clear error (e.g. duplicate transaction) – please contact us within 14 days if this happens.

Recurring donations

You can cancel a recurring donation at any time by emailing donate@easepath.org. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges.

Use of funds

We commit to spending donations on the programmes described on this site. Where a donation is restricted to a specific programme (e.g. school sponsorship), it will only be used for that purpose. Unrestricted donations are allocated where need is greatest.

The text, images, and stories on this site are the property of The Ease Path Charity Foundation. You may share and link to our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

Limitation

This site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for errors, omissions, or interruptions.

Governing law
