Ease Path is run by an unpaid board of trustees and a small circle of volunteers in Lagos. We're neighbours first.

    Founder & Lead Trustee

    Started Ease Path in 2019 after years of informal community work in Ajao Estate. Background in social work; mother of three.

  • Emmanuel Adeyemi

    Trustee – Programmes

    Oversees the monthly food box programme and school sponsorship matching. Former teacher in Lagos State public schools.

  • Folake Bamidele

    Trustee – Finance

    Chartered accountant who keeps the books straight and quarterly donor reports honest. Volunteers her time entirely.

  • Pastor Tunde Olawale

    Trustee – Community Liaison

    Coordinates with local faith communities and is often the first call when a family in crisis is identified.

Why we started Ease Path.

Ease Path began on a quiet street in Ajao Estate, with a handful of neighbours noticing the same things at the same time — children out of school during term, families skipping meals, elderly relatives going without medicine that costs less than a bus fare.

We didn't set out to build a charity. We set out to make sure the people next door were okay, and then to do it again the next week, and the week after. Years later that habit has a name and a board of trustees, but the work is still the same: show up, listen, and make the path a little easier for the family in front of us.
